The audience thought a goal was coming when Dito Paraíba got free with Pedrinho Quirino in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st play minute Homer Gol came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Pedrinho Quirino. 0-5. Thanks to some nice moves Dito Paraíba could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Pedrinho Quirino however easily saved by the left post. Luciano Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luciano Correia during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st minute, Igor Matos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dito Paraíba showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. The supporters of Pombal 2003 F.C. booed when Santos da Bahia Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Iraunkor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dito Paraíba took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedrinho Quirino. Pedrinho Quirino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Santos da Bahia Fc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
