Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dé Carioca kicked off to start the match. Roberto da Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Denílson de Souza's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Antônio Vargas took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto da Fonseca. Roberto da Fonseca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 12th minute, William Guerreiro made a precise shot to the right of Roberto da Fonseca. FLU ES fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Roberto da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Vargas in the 19th minute of play. Reinaldo Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Ferreirinha Vinhas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Dé Carioca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FLU ES fc were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Alfa FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luiz Gustavo Alagoano took the corner. Denílson de Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Roberto da Fonseca came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Alfa FC's Denílson de Souza. But to his dismay, Denílson de Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 37th minute, Ferreirinha Vinhas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alfa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The audience was convinced that Denílson de Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roberto da Fonseca was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. 43 minutes into the game, Fabinho Barral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FLU ES fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alfa FC the free kick. Fabinho Barral kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ferreirinha Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alfa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferreirinha Vinhas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto da Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denílson de Souza to strike the kick off in the second half. Ferreirinha Vinhas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Roberto da Fonseca firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 57thth minute of the game Denílson de Souza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FLU ES fc's Roberto da Fonseca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to FLU ES fc getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Germano Vergílio hit a great ball. FLU ES fc's Roberto da Fonseca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save FLU ES fc from getting a goal against them. After 60 played minutes FLU ES fc got a freekick which was hit by Germano Vergílio. Roberto da Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roberto da Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denílson de Souza in the 69th minute of the match. Antônio Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Roberto da Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Denílson de Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roberto da Fonseca was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, FLU ES fc's Germano Vergílio got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 82nd match minute, FLU ES fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. Antônio Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Roberto da Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute, Denílson de Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Denílson de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Germano Vergílio fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FLU ES fc's protests and gave Germano Vergílio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, FLU ES fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. Alfa FC played a much better game than FLU ES fc and deserved their victory. The FLU ES fc players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
