After a rather tough play, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Olívio Andrade got a free kick in the 28th minute. Osvaldinho Félix struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Reynaldo Maia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ. Guto Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raf Lanfan in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Antônio Rocha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The São Paulo da Floresta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Raf Lanfan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Guto Rossi made a huge save. When João Francisco Pirani in the 77th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Guto Rossi kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-11 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The audience was convinced that Osvaldinho Félix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reynaldo Maia was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. São Paulo da Floresta played a much better game than Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ and deserved their victory. The Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
