Délio Gerber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Germano da Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Délio Gerber's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Blumenau Esporte Clube's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Dida Paraense scored to the left of an out of position Raphael Furlan, making the score, 1-2. In the 38th minute, Frederico Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of OxentePaisa Salcity booed when Blumenau Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for OxentePaisa Salcity. When Flávio Meireles fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blumenau Esporte Clube's protests and gave Flávio Meireles a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Flávio Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Allan Prado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute.
