In the 4th minute, Cleiton Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Laerte da Mata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Glauco Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FLACONQUISTA's Glauco Macedo got a free kick in the 10th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Washington Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mala FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Washington Berger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mathias Mangueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute Glauco Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laerte da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th match minute, FLACONQUISTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilvan Vale to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in FLACONQUISTA's zone, Maurinho Jacinto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mathias Mangueira came out of the goal and Maurinho Jacinto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th minute, Cleiton Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mala FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Vágner Custódio scored to the left of an out of position Laerte da Mata, making the score, 1-0. Washington Berger struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Mathias Mangueira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mala FC. 34 minutes into the game, one of Mala FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 41 minutes into the match, Mala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Glauco Macedo came free, but Laerte da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mala FC's Luciano Negri got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 47 played minutes FLACONQUISTA got a freekick which was hit by Vágner Custódio.

Joélson Terra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Mathias Mangueira made a huge save. Rodriguinho Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Glauco Macedo couldn't finish the play. Laerte da Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glauco Macedo in the 66th minute of play. If Rodriguinho Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuel Dante's late challenge caught a FLACONQUISTA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Dante helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th match minute, Mala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Dante to maneuver through the defense. After 71 played minutes, FLACONQUISTA's Vágner Custódio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Laerte da Mata came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FLACONQUISTA reached it. Mala FC's Laerte da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glauco Macedo in the 80th minute of play. Laerte da Mata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glauco Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Laerte da Mata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glauco Macedo in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodriguinho Lima in the 90th minute of play forced FLACONQUISTA's goalkeeper Mathias Mangueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adalberto Correia's late challenge caught a Mala FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adalberto Correia helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FLACONQUISTA getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Adalberto Correia hit a great ball.
