Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Sérgio Roche successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 7 played minutes BRASIL.Sp got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Paes. 9 minutes into the match, Santos Pinto notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Militros F.C.'s Sérgio Roche. Sérgio Roche was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lenílson Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandrinho Cunha in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to Militros F.C. getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Pedrinho do Valle hit a great ball. Santos Pinto struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Sérgio Roche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BRASIL.Sp. In the 23rd minute, Alexsandro de Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sérgio Roche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexsandro de Sousa in the 27th minute of the match. BRASIL.Sp's Lenílson Quintal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Alvarenga in the 35th minute of play. Alexsandro de Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sérgio Roche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexsandro de Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexsandro de Sousa in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sérgio Roche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Militros F.C.'s goalkeeper Sérgio Roche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santos Pinto. Conrado Alvarenga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lenílson Quintal having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Conrado Alvarenga to make the kick off. After 56 played minutes Militros F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Erik Medeiros. BRASIL.Sp made a substitution. Breno Sá replaced Raphael Paes. A collision led to Militros F.C. getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Erik Medeiros hit a great ball. Breno Sá succeeded in the game's 62nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. BRASIL.Sp's Sergio Jerardo was substituted for Caetano Monteiro. After a rather tough play, Militros F.C.'s Francisco Regis got a free kick in the 66th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Adalberto Rosado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BRASIL.Sp's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Militros F.C. the free kick. In the 70th match minute, BRASIL.Sp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Rosado to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldão Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lenílson Quintal having to interfere. When Militros F.C.'s Sandrinho Cunha in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BRASIL.Sp's goalie prevented a goal. When Cesinha Neto fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BRASIL.Sp's protests and gave Cesinha Neto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, Cesinha Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldão Silva struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Lenílson Quintal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Militros F.C.. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Militros F.C.'s goalkeeper Sérgio Roche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 87th minute Sergio Jerardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Roche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Militros F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Jerardo came free, but Sérgio Roche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronaldão Silva came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lenílson Quintal could save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in BRASIL.Sp's zone, Sandrinho Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lenílson Quintal came out of the goal and Sandrinho Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sérgio Roche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breno Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BRASIL.Sp were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Militros F.C. for a fine match.
