Guadalupe FC's Silvinho Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique de Medeiros in the 5th minute of play. With a little luck, Planet Caravan's Waldir Peres got control of the ball when Rasgun Cool tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Planet Caravan getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Dadá Marques hit a great ball. Planet Caravan's Waldir Peres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Planet Caravan from getting a goal against them. Waldir Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes Guadalupe FC got a freekick which was hit by Strong Onofre. Planet Caravan's Adriano do Nascimento got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Ramón Guerra fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Rasgun Cool had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique de Medeiros in the 30th minute of play forced Guadalupe FC's goalkeeper Silvinho Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Waldir Ferraz put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Silvinho Messias. In the 37th minute Enrique de Medeiros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvinho Messias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvinho Messias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fiori Palmeira's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Fiori Palmeira put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Silvinho Messias. The Guadalupe FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Planet Caravan were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Waldir Ferraz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Planet Caravan's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Guerra came free, but Waldir Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guadalupe FC's Silvinho Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano do Nascimento in the 56th minute of play. Adriano do Nascimento in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Silvinho Messias, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 63 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC's goalkeeper Silvinho Messias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bebeto Queirós. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Ferraz in the 63rd minute of play forced Guadalupe FC's goalkeeper Silvinho Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Rasgun Cool left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guadalupe FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Ramón Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Planet Caravan's Bebeto Queirós got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 81 played minutes Guadalupe FC got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Abraão. Enrique de Medeiros hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Ramón Guerra notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Planet Caravan's Waldir Peres. Waldir Peres was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
