Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Vascogoianiense FC's João Pirani started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alfredão Veiga might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Steffens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfredão Veiga ran back to his position shaking his head. 5 minutes into the match, Vascogoianiense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredão Veiga came free, but Robert Steffens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute, Bebeto Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robert Steffens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Endrick de Souza in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Capivariano F.C. were awarded a corner. Jacinto de Amorim went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Capivariano F.C.'s corner Jacinto de Amorim fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Robert Steffens quite easily take care of the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Alfredão Veiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Steffens. Vascogoianiense FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredão Veiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Vascogoianiense FC's zone, Endrick de Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Steffens came out of the goal and Endrick de Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredão Veiga scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Steffens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Capivariano F.C.'s Silvinho Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Capivariano F.C. from getting a goal against them. Vascogoianiense FC's Robert Steffens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredão Veiga in the 23rd minute of play. Robert Steffens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredão Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute João Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvinho Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvinho Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Carlos Soeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvinho Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Maria in the 68th minute of the match. After 78 played minutes Vascogoianiense FC got a freekick which was hit by 沈星战. In the 93rd minute, Endrick de Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Luisão da Rocha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Steffens. Vascogoianiense FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luisão da Rocha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Capivariano F.C. played a much better game than Vascogoianiense FC and deserved their victory. The Vascogoianiense FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
