Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Zeledon Burni started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 11 minutes into the match, Samuel Sotero notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of C. A. Balnearia's Jacobo Tuste. Jacobo Tuste was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jacobo Tuste showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Clodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. A hard shot 24 in the game by Zeledon Burni from a close distance when the talented Herminio Afonso managed to make a qualified save. EL PEPO FC's players were relieved. After 27 played minutes C. A. Balnearia got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Geleberto. 33 minutes into the game, Anibal Beltxe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jacobo Tuste was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. EL PEPO FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 39th minute, when Zeledon Burni scored to the left of an out of position Herminio Afonso, making the score, 1-2. C. A. Balnearia's Zeledon Burni quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Freddy Camerino, made in the 46th minute of the game. After the first half EL PEPO FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jacobo Tuste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anibal Beltxe in the 57th minute of the match. C. A. Balnearia's Zeledon Burni got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. EL PEPO FC made a substitution. Mariano Noe replaced Samuel Sotero. 69 minutes into the match, C. A. Balnearia's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Clodio came free, but Jacobo Tuste reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 70 minutes of play, EL PEPO FC's Anibal Beltxe made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Tuste was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Beltxe in the 74th minute of play forced C. A. Balnearia's goalkeeper Jacobo Tuste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77th play minutes Zeledon Burni shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Herminio Afonso and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 87th minute Zeledon Burni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Afonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in EL PEPO FC's zone, Florencio Fidencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herminio Afonso came out of the goal and Florencio Fidencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the match, Florencio Fidencio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herminio Afonso. EL PEPO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florencio Fidencio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. EL PEPO FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
