Spectators: 146 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Patricio Jurgi started the match with the kick off. Felix Inocente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Jurgi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Baumer in the 12th minute of play forced AC Batán's goalkeeper Feliberto Maraman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. UPAU FC's Felix Inocente proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save UPAU FC from getting a goal against them. Patricio Jurgi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Felix Inocente came out and tried to block the shot, but Patricio Jurgi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Feliberto Maraman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Guifre in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, AC Batán's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Guifre came free, but Feliberto Maraman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Maraman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Guifre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 played minutes AC Batán got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Rojelio. In the 30th match minute, UPAU FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Ferman to maneuver through the defense. AC Batán's Feliberto Maraman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nereo Lia in the 39th minute of play. In the 47th minute of the match, Dario Beltxe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Felix Inocente saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Herminio Guifre made the kick off in the second half. Aaron Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After having played for 55 minutes, Isaac Rojelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Batán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Rojelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Baumer in the 62nd minute of play forced AC Batán's goalkeeper Feliberto Maraman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nereo Lia took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feliberto Maraman. Feliberto Maraman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 71st minute, Denis Hurko made a precise shot to the right of Felix Inocente. UPAU FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Primitivo Abascal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 played minutes UPAU FC got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Barbosa. If Primitivo Abascal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, UPAU FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Jurgi came free, but Felix Inocente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruben Ferman hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Aaron Barbosa's late challenge caught a AC Batán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Barbosa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Aaron Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lothar Matthäus, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Aaron Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Lothar Matthäus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Inocente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AC Batán fans cheered their team off the field, for while UPAU FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
