The crowd rose to their feet as Urbano Sagrario kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anibal Egoitz. That made the score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. Urbano Sagrario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urbano Sagrario charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urbano Sagrario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes Franja Dorada F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Sagrario. Franja Dorada F.C.'s Venancio Hodei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Nabar in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Alberto Walme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urbano Sagrario to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the El Retorno de Palermo defense, Urbano Sagrario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Egoitz. The El Retorno de Palermo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Egoitz should have stopped the shot. El Retorno de Palermo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After a rather tough play, Franja Dorada F.C.'s Eleuterio Normando got a free kick in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Franja Dorada F.C.'s Urbano Sagrario nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anibal Egoitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. El Retorno de Palermo's Anibal Egoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Sagrario in the 74th minute of play. Julian Afonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Venancio Hodei made a huge save. In the 81st minute Angelino Bernard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Hodei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Bernard in the 82nd minute of play forced Franja Dorada F.C.'s goalkeeper Venancio Hodei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Abajas took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anibal Egoitz. Anibal Egoitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. When Natalio Nabar came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the El Retorno de Palermo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natalio Nabar couldn't finish the play. Anibal Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Paio in the 94th minute of play. Franja Dorada F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
