Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Loco Palermo got the match started through his kick off. If Agus Arruta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paulino Onofre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Romano in the 4th minute of the match. When Javier Pastore fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Characate FC's protests and gave Javier Pastore a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 minutes, Dario Olentzaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Characate FC and the El Imperio del Cuervo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Characate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Olentzaro to maneuver through the defense. Silverio Sanson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agus Arruta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, El Imperio del Cuervo's goalkeeper Paulino Onofre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Javier Pastore. Paulino Onofre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Loco Palermo's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. With 33 minutes on the clock, Skirmantas Kadauskas commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When the match had been going on for 35 minutes, Characate FC's Dario Olentzaro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Paulino Onofre. Jeronimo Firme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Sanson having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Characate FC's goal looked a bit too open when Davi Vogler came free, but Silverio Sanson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loco Palermo got free with Paulino Onofre in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agus Arruta to make the kick off. Paulino Onofre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loco Palermo in the 54th minute of the match. After having played for 56 minutes, Jeronimo Firme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Imperio del Cuervo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeronimo Firme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Davi Vogler scored 2-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silverio Sanson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 64 minutes into the game, Raul Poz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Characate FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Imperio del Cuervo the free kick. The long shot by Davi Vogler in the 65th minute really tested Silverio Sanson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Jeronimo Firme fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Imperio del Cuervo's protests and gave Jeronimo Firme a yellow card for diving instead. Jeronimo Firme hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Loco Palermo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulino Onofre was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 78 minutes into the match, Davi Vogler notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Characate FC's Silverio Sanson. Silverio Sanson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 82nd minute Javier Pastore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulino Onofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeronimo Firmes short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Silverio Sanson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A nice corner shot did that Davi Vogler got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Silverio Sanson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Characate FC's Santo Romano in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Imperio del Cuervo's goalie prevented a goal. Loco Palermo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Paulino Onofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Characate FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while El Imperio del Cuervo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
