The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amado Mikelar during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Alijilán returns's Amado Mikelar got a free kick in the 15th minute. Ermegildo Natanael hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Ladislao Herena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arsenio Gaskon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Arsenio Gaskon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Garate in the 33rd minute of the match. Alijilán returns were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ladislao Herena took the corner. Alijilán returns's Ladislao Herena was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arsenio Gaskon in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 38 minutes, Leandro Garate made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Arsenio Gaskon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Garate in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arsenio Gaskon saved Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo from getting behind. Roque Clementi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Botero, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Emanuel Tiso made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Garate in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arsenio Gaskon saved Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo from getting behind. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's Arsenio Gaskon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Garate in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Alijilán returns's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Botero came free, but Roque Clementi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Vicente Botero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Clementi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute of the match, Leandro Garate tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arsenio Gaskon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 66th minute, Ladislao Herena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amado Mikelar got free with Arsenio Gaskon in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Garate in the 70th minute of play forced Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's goalkeeper Arsenio Gaskon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sportivo Loren-Delfrajo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Leandro Garate 73 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Ruben Tipi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arsenio Gaskon came out and tried to block the shot, but Ruben Tipi slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 77th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leandro Garate in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arsenio Gaskon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruben Tipi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Leandro Garate, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 92 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Arsenio Gaskon was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Ariel Gimenez hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Alijilán returns eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
