KIRICOCHO FC's Venancio Madaleno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save KIRICOCHO FC from getting a goal against them. After 5 played minutes Cuervo Loco FC got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Lop. After a defensive mix-up in Cuervo Loco FC's zone, Antonio Vachon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franco Armani came out of the goal and Antonio Vachon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Franco Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Dimas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Santos Borré could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Venancio Madaleno made a huge save. A collision led to Cuervo Loco FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Anier Perrando hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, KIRICOCHO FC's Antonio Vachon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ermegildo Dimas made a kick off. In the 54th minute Victorio Jenaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franco Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Vachon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Franco Mastantuono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Franco Armani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorio Jenaro in the 60th minute. Franco Armani made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Victorio Jenaro sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of KIRICOCHO FC booed when Cuervo Loco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. KIRICOCHO FC's Antonio Vachon was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Franco Armani in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Cuervo Loco FC were victorious despite being under pressure from KIRICOCHO FC for much of the match.
