ACF Fiorentina's Guillermo Padro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Blasi in the 34th minute of play. After some careless play in the Yaji FC defense, Angel Cristofol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavino Bras. The Yaji FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Bras should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabio Estavan to strike the kick off in the second half. Gavino Bras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ACF Fiorentina had played much better football throughout.
