The referee ignored Real Racing Club's protests and gave Sixto Gurutz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, Real Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Gurutz to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute Pascual Lamberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Aureo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Su Yuan Yu in the 14th minute of play forced Terremoto FC's goalkeeper Tadeo Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Real Racing Club's Isaac Aureo got control of the ball when Pascual Lamberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Celso Maldonado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Racing Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Terremoto FC the free kick. Jimeno Guillerme charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimeno Guillerme the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Jimeno Guillerme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Hechter struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Isaac Aureo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Terremoto FC. In the 33rd minute Bruno Hechter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Aureo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Real Racing Club's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pascual Lamberto 35 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nacho Galván in the 40th minute of play forced Terremoto FC's goalkeeper Tadeo Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Terremoto FC's Bruno Hechter dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Su Yuan Yu to make the kick off. A collision led to Terremoto FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Luciano Frisco hit a great ball. The tension between the Terremoto FC and the Real Racing Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Terremoto FC! Isaac Aureo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Ponc in the 75th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Sixto Gurutz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tadeo Fidele. That made the score 2-1 in the 81 minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Terremoto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Su Yuan Yu came free, but Tadeo Fidele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
