After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Cirilo Peruanton got a free kick in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Teofilio in the 7th minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Vinicio Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vinicio Gau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Teofilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A collision led to Despidida AFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Faustino Gaztea hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Baldomiro Martxot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defensores del Tiki Tiki's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomiro Martxot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinicio Gau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vinicio Gau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Martxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When Isaias Oihan fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Despidida AFC's protests and gave Isaias Oihan a yellow card for diving instead. Baldomiro Martxot hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Cosme Chan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Herensuge in the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Sebastian Gilen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosme Chan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Herensuge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebastian Gilen made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Despidida AFC's zone, Sebastian Gilen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinicio Gau came out of the goal and Sebastian Gilen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vinicio Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Gilen in the 56th minute of the match. Despidida AFC were furious when Benigno Felipillo was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Despidida AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Benigno Felipillo hit a great ball. Vinicio Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Martxot in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 71st minute Baldomiro Martxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Cirilo Peruanton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Sebastian Gilen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vinicio Gau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastian Gilen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baldomiro Martxot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Teofilio came free, but Vinicio Gau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Defensores del Tiki Tiki walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
