Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Abuba Akotonon FC's Clemente Herena started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Soroca F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Heriberto. Soroca F.C.'s Pedro Rito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Herena in the 5th minute of play. Gabriel Ostargi kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Abuba Akotonon FC's Amadeo Jatsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Maidana in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Abuba Akotonon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Maidana came free, but Amadeo Jatsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Abuba Akotonon FC's Amadeo Jatsu got control of the ball when Tadeo Elorri tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Herena in the 22nd minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Pedro Rito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Abuba Akotonon FC got a corner. Soroca F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silvio Quinteros ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Soroca F.C.'s goalie and right to Aarón Anselmino. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Soroca F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Abuba Akotonon FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Silvio Quinteros in the 28th minute. A nice corner shot did that Silvio Quinteros got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Rito quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gaspar Selmo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute Valentín Barco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Rito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Atilano Maidana to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinson Cavani in the 50th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Pedro Rito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Rito made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Valentín Barco sent off a good shot on target. Amadeo Jatsu came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Soroca F.C.'s Atilano Maidana. But to his dismay, Atilano Maidana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 62 minutes, Tadeo Elorri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soroca F.C. and the Abuba Akotonon FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Abuba Akotonon FC booed when Soroca F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Elorri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Rito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Ursino in the 66th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Teo Playo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Leo Ursino came free, but Pedro Rito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Maidana in the 81st minute of play forced Abuba Akotonon FC's goalkeeper Amadeo Jatsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abel Pasqualini kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Pasqualini to maneuver through the defense. Silvio Quinteros, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Soroca F.C. had played much better football throughout.
