Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Armando Unax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Elorri in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute of the match Soroca F.C. got a corner. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marciano Obeko ran over to the corner to take the kick. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Armando Unax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Maidana in the 20th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Atilano Maidana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Armando Unax was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Soroca F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marciano Obeko in the 26th minute. Alejandro Esquipula kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Soroca F.C.'s Marciano Obeko got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atilano Maidana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Unax having to interfere. Tadeo Elorri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Unax having to interfere. Mauricio Amato received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Rito came out and tried to block the shot, but Mauricio Amato slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 42nd minute. After some careless play in the Los Hijos de Doña Beija defense, Anibal Heriberto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Unax. The Los Hijos de Doña Beija fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Unax should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romulo Lluc to make the kick off. In the 50th minute, Dale Cabezon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Soroca F.C. getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Tomas Eguen hit a great ball. Pedro Rito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Irrintzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Unax made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Atilano Maidana sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Los Hijos de Doña Beija getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Dale Cabezon hit a great ball. In the 63rd match minute, Los Hijos de Doña Beija was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Esquipula to maneuver through the defense. Armando Unax didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marciano Obeko went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Pedro Rito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Amato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the game, Soroca F.C.'s Atilano Maidana nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Armando Unax made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 80th minute Atilano Maidana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Unax saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Rito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Cabezon, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Soroca F.C. booed when Los Hijos de Doña Beija was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Etxekopar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 played minutes Los Hijos de Doña Beija got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Etxekopar. Armando Unax showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Maidana, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The Soroca F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
