Jairo Deunoro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelio Ramond having to make a save. Clodoveo Ursino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Flores in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Oier threw the ball into play from the sideline. Caballeritos del Baile's D.J. Malay quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Jairo Deunoro put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Aurelio Ramond. When Amadeo Tino fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crottos Crotters F.C.'s protests and gave Amadeo Tino a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Crottos Crotters F.C. getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Amadeo Tino hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Crottos Crotters F.C.'s zone, Jairo Deunoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Ramond came out of the goal and Jairo Deunoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Juan Lekubegi made in the 42nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Rodrigo Oier however managed to control. The supporters of Caballeritos del Baile booed when Crottos Crotters F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Oier didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Valiente got free with Clodoveo Ursino in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 51 minutes, Gaspar Flores mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crottos Crotters F.C. and the Caballeritos del Baile players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Gaspar Flores got a free kick in the 51st minute. 59 minutes in the game Amadeo Tino did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felipe Gar. Jairo Deunoros short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Aurelio Ramond to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Caballeritos del Baile's Clodoveo Ursino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Gar in the 78th minute of play.
