When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnoldo Eneto made a kick off. Dionisio Otsando might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Cutberto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dionisio Otsando ran back to his position shaking his head. 51 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pergamino's Dionisio Otsando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Cutberto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evelio Urbasa got free with Jorge Cutberto in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorge Cutberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Urbasa in the 58th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnoldo Eneto in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafael Viviano saved Deportivo Pergamino from getting behind. Daniel Franco charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Franco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Evelio Urbasa was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. In the 89th minute, Evelio Urbasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the game, Deportivo Pergamino's Luisito Fernanco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Cutberto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Deportivo Pergamino's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
