Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Domenic Biggs made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute, Ward Layton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Ignacio Berguecio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 5th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jayson Slaughter stood somewhat misplaced when Jude Cruz came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 8 minute. After 11 minutes, Jude Cruz made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Los Gordos's Jayson Slaughter tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th match minute, Los Gordos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommie Horne to maneuver through the defense. When CRUZ DEL SUR's Jude Cruz in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Gordos's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Jude Cruz sped through Los Gordos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jayson Slaughter. Los Gordos's Jayson Slaughter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Los Gordos from getting a goal against them. In the 29th minute, Paco Cabedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jayson Slaughter was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Uwe Köppchen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jude Cruz might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jayson Slaughter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jude Cruz ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Jude Cruz put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jayson Slaughter. CRUZ DEL SUR's Francisco Cruz got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jude Cruz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jayson Slaughter was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Jude Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Uwe Köppchen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jude Cruz to strike the kick off in the second half. Jayson Slaughter came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by CRUZ DEL SUR's Jude Cruz. But to his dismay, Jude Cruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Francisco Cruz might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jayson Slaughter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Cruz ran back to his position shaking his head. Francisco Cruz took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jayson Slaughter. Jayson Slaughter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After having played for 65 minutes, Jude Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CRUZ DEL SUR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jude Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Francisco Cruz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jude Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jayson Slaughter having to interfere. After 76 minutes of play, CRUZ DEL SUR's Jude Cruz made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jayson Slaughter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jose Manuel Guilisasti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Jayson Slaughter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game Jude Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Gordos's Jayson Slaughter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Francisco Cruz came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the CRUZ DEL SUR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Cruz couldn't finish the play. Jayson Slaughter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jude Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the game, CRUZ DEL SUR's Paco Cabedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jayson Slaughter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0.
