The referee showed Josue Aldeco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. RamPa Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thiago Almada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 34 minutes into the game, Lixandro Carbo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RamPa Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GuateFortín the free kick. After a rather tough play, RamPa Football Club's Ramon Totti got a free kick in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan José Ferraro in the 38th minute of play forced RamPa Football Club's goalkeeper Gustavo Ceceil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milton Umaña hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milton Umaña during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Milton Umaña kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan José Ferraro made a kick off. RamPa Football Club's Gustavo Ceceil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan José Ferraro in the 60th minute of play. After 61 played minutes RamPa Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Totti. GuateFortín's Abraham Santamaria was substituted for Eliseo Umanzor. Ramon Totti hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Juan José Ferraro hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Almada in the 69th minute of play forced RamPa Football Club's goalkeeper Gustavo Ceceil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Juan José Ferraro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RamPa Football Club's Gustavo Ceceil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Albino Mazuelas hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Juan José Ferraro scored 0-4 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Ceceil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to RamPa Football Club getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Albino Mazuelas hit a great ball. Milton Umaña was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 84th minute, Milton Umaña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, GuateFortín's Juan José Ferraro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustavo Ceceil. Gustavo Ceceil yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. In the 95th minute, Juan José Ferraro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The GuateFortín supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing GuateFortín would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
