Santino Mora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Nesto in the 12th minute of the match. Dionisio Nesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 16 minutes into the game, when Espiga Aranzabal put in a rough tackle. In the 17th minute there was a penalty for TZILACATZIN. Ruben Lluterio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Santino Mora. 0-2. The audience was convinced that Dionisio Nesto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santino Mora was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Daniel Cabrera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiago Gabriel Mora struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Marcos-Evangelista Didarov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Santiago. After 28 played minutes TZILACATZIN got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Nesto. Perez Navarrete made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by TZILACATZIN's Jose Duardo. Marcos-Evangelista Didarov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiago Gabriel Mora in the 32nd minute. Santino Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Cabrera in the 47th minute of play. The Club Deportivo Santiago players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. TZILACATZIN were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiago Gabriel Mora to make the kick off. TZILACATZIN were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Club Deportivo Santiago's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ruben Lluterio took the corner. TZILACATZIN's Ruben Lluterio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Santino Mora in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Daniel Cabrera managed to get in a good position for a shot. TZILACATZIN's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Cabrera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santino Mora breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcos-Evangelista Didarov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zuberoa Mesia's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Club Deportivo Santiago's Alberto Reigosa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcos-Evangelista Didarov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 69th match minute, TZILACATZIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Duardo to maneuver through the defense. When Camacho Sanez came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Club Deportivo Santiago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camacho Sanez couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Cabrera got free with Santino Mora in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zuberoa Mesia struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Marcos-Evangelista Didarov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Deportivo Santiago. A collision led to TZILACATZIN getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Jose Duardo hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Tiago Gabriel Mora ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos-Evangelista Didarov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 89th minute Dionisio Nesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santino Mora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Deportivo Santiago's goalkeeper Santino Mora, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 95 minutes, Sotomayor Mesia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Deportivo Santiago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sotomayor Mesia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The TZILACATZIN players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
