The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Real Ayuntamiento CF booed when Flamengo de San Blás was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Galvão didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes, Salvador Endura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Ayuntamiento CF and the Flamengo de San Blás players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 played minutes Real Ayuntamiento CF got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Endura. After some careless play in the Real Ayuntamiento CF defense, Wiliam Lozano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lorenzo Enmanuel. The Real Ayuntamiento CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lorenzo Enmanuel should have stopped the shot. In the 20th match minute, Flamengo de San Blás was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolek Hoffman to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Flamengo de San Blás booed when Real Ayuntamiento CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flamengo de San Blás's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Ayuntamiento CF the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wiliam Lozano in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal.
