After 4 minutes, Gencay Türker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KARŞIYAKA and the Adana FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 4 played minutes KARŞIYAKA got a freekick which was hit by Gencay Türker. İsmail Cem Kaçkar struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Erdeniz Yağıztekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Adana FC. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of Adana FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of KARŞIYAKA:s goal. In the 22nd minute there was a penalty for KARŞIYAKA. Teoman Heper stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Arif Egemen Çakar. 3-0. Arif Egemen Çakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emre Lemi in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KARŞIYAKA's Emre Lemi got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Adana FC booed when KARŞIYAKA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emre Lemi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arif Egemen Çakar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emre Lemi, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for İsmail Cem Kaçkar to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Adana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emre Lemi came free, but Arif Egemen Çakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Emre Kurtuluş made a precise shot to the right of Arif Egemen Çakar. Adana FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 66th minute Atalan Zaik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Egemen Çakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Emre Lemi notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Adana FC's Arif Egemen Çakar. Arif Egemen Çakar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 74 minutes, İsmail Cem Kaçkar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Adana FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but İsmail Cem Kaçkar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. İsmail Cem Kaçkar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erdeniz Yağıztekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Adana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Furkan Aktan came free, but Arif Egemen Çakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arif Egemen Çakar came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by KARŞIYAKA's Furkan Aktan. But to his dismay, Furkan Aktan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. KARŞIYAKA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
