Kristian Albom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörgen Arenius, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the game, Stockholm IF's Karl Mattsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristian Albom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kristian Albom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Låsberg in the 9th minute of play. Torekov's Kristian Albom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Mattsson in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Karl Mattsson made a precise shot to the right of Kristian Albom. Torekov's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 15 minutes into the match, Torekov's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Mattsson came free, but Kristian Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Jonas Låsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Albom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Låsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Ralf Magnusson made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Ulf Ersman sent off a good shot on target. Kristian Albom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Låsberg in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Karl Mattsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristian Albom. Torekov's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karl Mattsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After 33 minutes, Per-Oskar Örtendahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stockholm IF and the Torekov players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jonas Låsberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristian Albom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Låsberg ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Låsberg in the 40th minute of play forced Torekov's goalkeeper Kristian Albom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Torekov's goal looked a bit too open when Jörgen Arenius came free, but Kristian Albom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristian Albom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Låsberg in the 45th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Mattsson in the 46th minute of play forced Torekov's goalkeeper Kristian Albom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Tinglöf hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Ulf Ersman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Ralf Magnusson made a huge save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

In the 52nd minute, Jonas Låsberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kristian Albom. The goal made the score 0-4. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Jörgen Arenius sped through Torekov's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kristian Albom. 60 minutes into the game, Bernt Ahlin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Kristian Albom was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kristian Albom made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Jörgen Arenius sent off a good shot on target. 65 minutes into the match, Karl Mattsson notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Torekov's Kristian Albom. Kristian Albom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ralf Magnusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Strömberg in the 86th minute of the match. Kristian Albom was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Karl Mattsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Karl Mattsson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-9. Karl Mattsson hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Karl Mattsson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Stockholm IF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
