The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Osvald Frykberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Dahlberg in the 2nd minute. Cash Is King's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Allan Björkkvist in the 4th minute. Valdemar Myhr scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcus Pilblad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Osvald Frykberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonas Dahlberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 12 minute of play. In the 18th minute, Filiph Stålman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute Brian Öberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvald Frykberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes, Axel Östensson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cash Is King and the Tekie-Taka players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cash Is King's Axel Östensson got a free kick in the 21st minute. Jakob Löv kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Cash Is King's Allan Björkkvist broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Herbert Hamberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 played minutes Cash Is King got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Åke Britz. Claes Holmberg hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Osvald Frykberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Dahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Axel Östensson made the kick off in the second half. Osvald Frykberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Östensson in the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tekie-Taka's zone, Jonas Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvald Frykberg came out of the goal and Jonas Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcus Pilblad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoffer Jonsson in the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Axel Östensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvald Frykberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvald Frykberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th match minute, Cash Is King was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Dahlberg to maneuver through the defense. Cash Is King were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Tekie-Taka to leave the ground with a draw.
