Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Patrik Myr took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Mean Machine's Torsten Berglund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Håkan Botvidsson. Håkan Botvidsson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Fredrik Lund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Kleen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, Mean Machine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Lindström to maneuver through the defense. Kennet Åhlberg hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Folke Bergqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mean Machine's supporters rose to their feet, but Folke Bergqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Håkan Botvidsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 14 minutes, Torsten Berglund made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. IFK Kik's Håkan Botvidsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mean Machine's Tom Eriksson pulled a muscle in his back after 18 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Börge Lidman's late challenge caught a Mean Machine's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Börge Lidman helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th match minute, IFK Kik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börge Lidman to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Vilhelm Martinsson made a precise shot to the right of Casper Kleen. Mean Machine's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Casper Kleen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredric Lundström in the 25th minute of play. Casper Kleen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Myr in the 28th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Vilhelm Martinsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tom Lindström was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 31 minutes had been played. Mean Machine's Casper Kleen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Lundström in the 33rd minute of play. Fredrik Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Kleen having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mean Machine's Robin Hultstrand got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After having played for 56 minutes, Patrik Myr managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IFK Kik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrik Myr was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, Stig-Arne Wallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torsten Berglund during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. IFK Kik made a substitution. Max Lövkvist replaced Vilhelm Martinsson. A collision led to Mean Machine getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Torsten Berglund hit a great ball. After 72 minutes of play, Mean Machine's Jonas Dahlqvist made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Håkan Botvidsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 77 minutes into the match, IFK Kik's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Dahlqvist came free, but Håkan Botvidsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Robin Hultstrand fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mean Machine's protests and gave Robin Hultstrand a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Max Lövkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mean Machine's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
