Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) 5 minutes into the game, Vincent Johansson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Axel Hägglund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kent Backman lost his temper 9 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 8th minute, one of Norrlands Athen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Norrlands Athen. Kent Bäcklin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norrlands Athen's Axel Hägglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Johansson in the 16th minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Norrlands Athen's goalie and right to Philip Lägdin. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Norrlands Athen's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 25th minute, Philip Lägdin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. North Pole Kickers's Jonatan Willig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixten Rönn in the 26th minute of play. After 28 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Edwin Nyberg. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Axel Hägglund successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 32 minutes of play, North Pole Kickers's Vincent Johansson made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Axel Hägglund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Axel Hägglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Brogren in the 36th minute of play. When Kent Bäcklin fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Norrlands Athen's protests and gave Kent Bäcklin a yellow card for diving instead. Kent Bäcklin hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Axel Hägglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Kinnman in the 45th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vincent Johansson to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Norrlands Athen's goal looked a bit too open when Claes Brogren came free, but Axel Hägglund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Axel Hägglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claes Brogren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixten Rönn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Jonatan Willig made a huge save. 60 minutes into the game, North Pole Kickers's Claes Brogren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Axel Hägglund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 68th match minute, North Pole Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Lustig to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Philip Lägdin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Axel Hägglund. Norrlands Athen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Philip Lägdin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Sixten Rönn struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Jonatan Willig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norrlands Athen. After a defensive mix-up in North Pole Kickers's zone, Jonas Palm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Willig came out of the goal and Jonas Palm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 79 played minutes North Pole Kickers got a freekick which was hit by Sonny Kinnman. Sixten Rönn hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The supporters of North Pole Kickers booed when Norrlands Athen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Lundhberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Sonny Kinnman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sixten Rönn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Willig having to interfere. There was no doubt that North Pole Kickers were the better team. North Pole Kickers's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
