Ernst Unesson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albert Wiman in the 3rd minute. Esbjörn Sundström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rutger Svensson's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Kent Göransson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Evert Blomkvist quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 11th minute, Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Sven-Olof Damm seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sven-Olof Damm the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hala Madrid Iraki FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sven-Olof Damm had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hala Madrid Iraki FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Ernst Unesson, was totally fooled by Kista FC's Sebastian Bremming, who 12 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Esbjörn Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximilian Lang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Maximilian Lang notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Kista FC's Esbjörn Sundström. Esbjörn Sundström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Esbjörn Sundström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pelle Westerstrand went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute Pelle Westerstrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Sundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esbjörn Sundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelle Westerstrand in the 32nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kista FC's zone, Bengt-Rune Apelqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esbjörn Sundström came out of the goal and Bengt-Rune Apelqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute, Bengt Larsfelt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernst Unesson acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 37th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sebastian Bremming. In the 47th minute, Sebastian Bremming hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pelle Westerstrand to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Sebastian Bremming was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kista FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hala Madrid Iraki FC the free kick. Esbjörn Sundström stood somewhat misplaced when Maximilian Lang came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 56 minute. Pelle Westerstrand struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Esbjörn Sundström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hala Madrid Iraki FC. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Ernst Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvard Lindholm in the 63rd minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Pelle Westerstrand cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Esbjörn Sundström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd minute Maximilian Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esbjörn Sundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esbjörn Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Rune Apelqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esbjörn Sundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximilian Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. A collision led to Kista FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Albert Wiman hit a great ball. Ernst Unesson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eric Kolberg's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Maximilian Lang dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Pelle Westerstrand who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Esbjörn Sundström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pelle Westerstrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Esbjörn Sundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Lang in the 91st minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Kista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximilian Lang came free, but Esbjörn Sundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pelle Westerstrand hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
