Sävedalen were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Timmernabben FF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tor Jönsson took the corner. Sävedalen's Tor Jönsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Börje Brummer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Timmernabben FF's Börje Brummer got control of the ball when Lennart Alstedt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute Jonathan Tingberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börje Brummer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Lars Jeppesen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Timmernabben FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sävedalen the free kick. In the 9th minute, Lars Jeppesen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Lennart Alstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sävedalen's supporters rose to their feet, but Lennart Alstedt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Börje Brummer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roy Danielsson kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 18thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Timmernabben FF's keeper Börje Brummer was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Börje Brummer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roy Danielsson in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute, Jonathan Tingberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Börje Brummer was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 29th minute Åke Gustafsson suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. The supporters of Timmernabben FF booed when Sävedalen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Alstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes Jonathan Tingberg rounded Timmernabben FF's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. 37 minutes into the match, Timmernabben FF's goalkeeper Börje Brummer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roy Danielsson. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lars Jeppesen to strike the kick off in the second half. Arne Åkesson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Blom in the 51st minute of the match. During the 52nd minute of the match Lennart Alstedt completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lennart Alstedt a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Lennart Alstedt hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Börje Brummer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roy Danielsson's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Filiph Bergqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filiph Bergqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Börje Brummer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roy Danielsson went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute Adam Valrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börje Brummer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Jonathan Tingberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Börje Brummer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sävedalen made a substitution. Daniel Hagberg replaced Roy Danielsson. Sävedalen's Stellan Grönlund was substituted for Jonathan Tingberg. 74 minutes into the game, Daniel Hagberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Börje Brummer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sävedalen's Adam Valrot got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Sävedalen's Stellan Grönlund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Börje Brummer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Markus Åkesson notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Timmernabben FF's Börje Brummer. Börje Brummer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 86 minutes into the game, Daniel Hagberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Börje Brummer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Sävedalen's Stellan Grönlund got a free kick in the 90th minute.
