Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sonny Hjeltman made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Mårten Vallander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonatan Wennerlund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valter Lindgren went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Liden FF booed when Vänge IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaj Möllgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12thth minute of the game Sonny Hjeltman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liden FF's Jesper Berggren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Vänge IF's Sonny Hjeltman in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Liden FF's goalie prevented a goal. Gottfrid Jansson took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Wennerlund. A beautiful save bye Vänge IF's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valter Lindgren in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonatan Wennerlund saved Vänge IF from getting behind. With a little luck, Vänge IF's Jonatan Wennerlund got control of the ball when Gottfrid Jansson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Vänge IF's zone, Valter Lindgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Wennerlund came out of the goal and Valter Lindgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven-Ove Nordgren took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonatan Wennerlund. Jonatan Wennerlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Valter Lindgren fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liden FF's protests and gave Valter Lindgren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 48th match minute, Liden FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valter Lindgren to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valter Lindgren was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Sonny Hjeltman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesper Berggren. Liden FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sonny Hjeltman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. With an all-out effort, Vänge IF's Jesper Berggren threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sonny Hjeltman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gottfrid Jansson during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute, Gottfrid Jansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesper Berggren was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Sonny Hjeltman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sonny Hjeltman really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mårten Vallander got free with Jesper Berggren in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl-Åke Viberg's late challenge caught a Vänge IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Åke Viberg helped the player get up and apologised. Karl-Åke Viberg kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Gottfrid Jansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Wennerlund having to interfere. Vänge IF's Jonatan Wennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valter Lindgren in the 81st minute of play. Mårten Vallander's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jesper Berggren firmly grabbed it by the left post. Knut Åström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jesper Berggren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Liden FF's Valter Lindgren pulled a muscle in his leg after 90 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Liden FF made a substitution. Edvard Tunström replaced Valter Lindgren. After a rather tough play, Vänge IF's Tommy Askelöf got a free kick in the 92nd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vänge IF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Liden FF.
