Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arne Björklund started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Torgny Biörnberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brothers of Mercy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JKs Talanger the free kick. After a rather tough play, Brothers of Mercy's Torgny Biörnberg got a free kick in the 4th minute. After 15 minutes of play Brothers of Mercy's Torgny Biörnberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Brothers of Mercy's Harry Vedholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Björklund in the 17th minute of play. After 22 played minutes Brothers of Mercy got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Koch. Josef Wallander kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Brothers of Mercy's Jan Sundström got a free kick in the 26th minute. Olov Hellkvist hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Kenny Siöberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oliver Danielsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Carl Caspersson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oliver Danielsson. JKs Talanger's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carl Caspersson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The supporters of JKs Talanger booed when Brothers of Mercy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Caspersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Jan Sundström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. JKs Talanger's Olov Hellkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jesper Hellkvist made the kick off in the second half. Birger Ekelund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Danielsson having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, JKs Talanger's Bertil Billström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harry Vedholm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carl Caspersson hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Bertil Billström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harry Vedholm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Oliver Danielsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Täman in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 played minutes JKs Talanger got a freekick which was hit by Niklas Bagge. 0-3 became the score in the 72nd minute when Åke Täman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in JKs Talanger's zone, Alexander Koch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oliver Danielsson came out of the goal and Alexander Koch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Niklas Bagge managed to get in a good position for a shot. JKs Talanger's supporters rose to their feet, but Niklas Bagge was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harry Vedholm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Brothers of Mercy's Åke Täman got a free kick in the 91st minute. Niklas Bagge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Harry Vedholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Carl Caspersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brothers of Mercy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave JKs Talanger the free kick. Harry Vedholm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
