Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Codruț Turcescu scored 2-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Corneliu Vulpăşin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute, Codruț Turcescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusebiu Ştiubei hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After having played for 19 minutes, Nicodim Encica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicodim Encica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Corneliu Vulpăşin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Remus Agudaru spun around in front of the goal 21 minutes in the game and got away a good shot, but Corneliu Vulpăşin grabbed the ball before it went up in top right corner. With a little luck, Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin got control of the ball when Edgar Josan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alex Răduț kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Albert Şania lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Unicorns ™! After a rather tough play, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Dumitru Belu got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 38th match minute, THE CRYSTAL SHIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codruț Turcescu to maneuver through the defense. Mugurel Moculescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Buciu in the 42nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Nișu got free with Corneliu Vulpăşin in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remus Agudaru was the one to do the kick off. Sorin Itoafă hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After 52 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Eusebiu Ştiubei. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codruț Turcescu in the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Edgar Josan got a free kick in the 56th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Codruț Turcescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Corneliu Vulpăşin. Unicorns ™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Codruț Turcescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Remus Agudaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corneliu Vulpăşin having to interfere. Nicodim Encica scored 6-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Corneliu Vulpăşin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Corneliu Vulpăşin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicodim Encica went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Corneliu Vulpăşin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 76 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Irinel Peptan. In the 81st minute, Irinel Peptan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Agudaru in the 82nd minute of play forced Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Corneliu Vulpăşin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remus Agudaru in the 87th minute of the match. Corneliu Vulpăşin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Agudaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Unicorns ™ booed when THE CRYSTAL SHIP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remus Agudaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remus Agudaru kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. THE CRYSTAL SHIP had played much better football throughout.
