Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Colteni's Codruț Gaiță started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aurelian Ştiubei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codruț Gaiță in the 4th minute of the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Sebastian Giubelean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Buciumii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Giubelean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marius Hârșu made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Laurențiu Taşcău sent off a good shot on target. Marius Hârșu was a little too slow when Irinel Plopeanu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. After 21 minutes, Irinel Plopeanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Buciumii and the Colteni players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Codruț Gaiță's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aurelian Ştiubei was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 24th minute Codruț Beșliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelian Ştiubei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelian Ştiubei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Codruț Gaiță's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Colteni's Bogdan Tăgorean got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Marius Hârșu was a little too slow when Sebastian Giubelean got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 3-0. If Sebastian Giubelean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FC Buciumii getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Silviu Bârsan hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petru Plopeanu was the one to do the kick off. Colteni's Marius Hârșu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petru Plopeanu in the 53rd minute of play. Petru Plopeanu took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marius Hârșu. Marius Hârșu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 60 minutes into the game, Sebastian Giubelean cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Marius Hârșu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 66th minute, Traian Negoescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, FC Buciumii's goalkeeper Aurelian Ştiubei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Codruț Gaiță. Marius Hârșu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Plopeanu in the 71st minute of play. Panait Gârdan hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute of the match Bogdan Tăgorean sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aurelian Ştiubei skillfully saved the ball. When Petru Plopeanu came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the FC Buciumii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petru Plopeanu couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, FC Buciumii's Irinel Plopeanu got a free kick in the 88th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sorin Răducu during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 88 minutes into the game, one of FC Buciumii:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Aurelian Ştiubei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Codruț Gaiță in the 95th minute. In the 97th minute Radu Olariu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelian Ştiubei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the FC Buciumii players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
