Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Gwidon Czempa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maciej Armatys went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gwidon Czempa came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by mt93 Tarnów's Miromir Lichucki. But to his dismay, Miromir Lichucki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 20 minutes into the match, Gilbert Walentowicz notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's Gwidon Czempa. Gwidon Czempa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gilbert Walentowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Gwidon Czempa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Miromir Lichucki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gwidon Czempa. PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miromir Lichucki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miromir Lichucki in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gwidon Czempa saved PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW from getting behind. Miromir Lichucki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Gwidon Czempa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Sebastian Mietus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Gilbert Walentowicz notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's Gwidon Czempa. Gwidon Czempa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olaf Armatys's late challenge caught a PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olaf Armatys helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW booed when mt93 Tarnów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Armatys didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's Pawel Czciborek broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 41 played minutes PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW got a freekick which was hit by Patryk Adamski.

After 55 played minutes PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Mietus. Sebastian Mietus took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florian Pozorski. Florian Pozorski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. After 62 minutes of play, mt93 Tarnów's Maciej Armatys made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gwidon Czempa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gwidon Czempa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Maciej Armatys showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 71 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as mt93 Tarnów's Gilbert Walentowicz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gwidon Czempa. That made the score 1-10 after 75 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boleslaw Tyskie got free with Gwidon Czempa in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gwidon Czempa was a little too slow when Maciej Armatys got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 1-12. 90 minutes into the match, PŁOMIEŃ CHMIELÓW's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Walentowicz came free, but Gwidon Czempa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. mt93 Tarnów's Boleslaw Tyskie was responsible for 1-13 with a brilliant performance in the 95th minute when he, by himself, got past the opponents defense and with a quick shot sent the ball into the goal to the left of Gwidon Czempa. mt93 Tarnów's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
