Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) FC Grodzka's Gwidon Chowaniec started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, FC Grodzka's goal looked a bit too open when Zachariasz Wodaszak came free, but Zdzislaw Walentowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zdzislaw Walentowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Fujara in the 8th minute of the match. Veth Crystals were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after FC Grodzka's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Piotr Barys took the corner. The corner ended in Piotr Barys almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Grodzka's Zdzislaw Walentowicz did a great save. In the 12th minute, Wawrzyniec Sidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eugeniusz Pryputnicki came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the FC Grodzka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugeniusz Pryputnicki couldn't finish the play. After 15 played minutes Veth Crystals got a freekick which was hit by Zenon Juchno. Eugeniusz Pryputnicki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barnaba Kaczynski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. A collision led to Veth Crystals getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Piotr Barys hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, FC Grodzka's goal looked a bit too open when Mariusz Drugi came free, but Zdzislaw Walentowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Veth Crystals getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Benedykt Pionek hit a great ball. Barnaba Kaczynski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolek Kolano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zdzislaw Walentowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Fujara in the 27th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucjan Fujara in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdzislaw Walentowicz saved FC Grodzka from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Gwidon Chowaniec reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Barnaba Kaczynski. The goal made the score 1-0. The supporters of Veth Crystals booed when FC Grodzka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Bielenda didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the game, Tolek Kolano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Grodzka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Veth Crystals the free kick. In the 43rd minute, Gwidon Chowaniec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zdzislaw Walentowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Fujara, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucjan Fujara was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Grodzka's Maksymilian Wolicki got a free kick in the 51st minute. Zdzislaw Walentowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Fujara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
