If Robert Holdcroft had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodd Strong's late challenge caught a Suleskard's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodd Strong helped the player get up and apologised. Rodd Strong hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Sigve Holte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suleskard's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigve Holte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vern Haper breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute, Ole Aaby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abraham Pringle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ådne Østvang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Mordham FC's Sacha Roberts got a free kick in the 20th minute. Brede Lysaker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Vern Haper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mordham FC's Vern Haper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigve Holte in the 26th minute of play. Vern Haper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sigve Holte went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sigve Holte in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vern Haper saved Mordham FC from getting behind. If Sigve Holte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vern Haper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brede Lysaker in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Graeme Draper got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Graeme Draper was the one to do the kick off. Robert Holdcroft sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Abraham Pringle hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Mordham FC's Graeme Draper got a free kick in the 58th minute. Vern Haper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigve Holte, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Sigve Holte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vern Haper having to make a save. In the 71st minute, Sacha Roberts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the game, Sebastian Wiken cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Vern Haper was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Brede Lysaker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th match minute, Suleskard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Wiken to maneuver through the defense. Ådne Østvang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Pringle, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Vern Haper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigve Holte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodd Strong was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 91st match minute, Mordham FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodd Strong to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Sigve Holte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Suleskard left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mordham FC.
