Spectators: 176 (Terracing: 133, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Conny Stober got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolo Hofmann in the 3rd minute of play forced Academica Pulheim's goalkeeper Dietrich Heppner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Josua Kuhles kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Conny Stober hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Conny Stober's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hemmo Bielstein read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Outer Space FC's goalkeeper Hemmo Bielstein had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jari Anzengruber. In the 61st minute Joost Mackenthun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dietrich Heppner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Academica Pulheim's Jari Anzengruber got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joost Mackenthun in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dietrich Heppner saved Academica Pulheim from getting behind.
