After a rather tough play, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Davide Cardano got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Vivien Contant recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fausto Galliani made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Joël Manier sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joël Manier got free with Fausto Galliani in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute, Arturo Balestra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Alfredo Campo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cosa nostra Lyon the free kick. The referee ordered Alfredo Campo off the ground. Alfredo Campo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Cosa nostra Lyon getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Sébastien Roncin hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Ferruccio Corvasce seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ferruccio Corvasce the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ferruccio Corvasce had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! Vivien Contant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joël Manier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camillo Di Crescenzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jolan Gache having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Camillo Di Crescenzo made a kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Alfonso Goffredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cosa nostra Lyon the free kick. In the 57th minute, Alfonso Goffredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 played minutes Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC got a freekick which was hit by Achille Giannantonio. After a defensive mix-up in Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's zone, Gildas Bascou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Galliani came out of the goal and Gildas Bascou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 72nd minute of the match, Camillo Di Crescenzo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jolan Gache was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cosa nostra Lyon's Vivien Contant got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the game, Achille Giannantonio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cosa nostra Lyon the free kick. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC! In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Cosa nostra Lyon. Gildas Bascou stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fausto Galliani. 3-2. Fausto Galliani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vivien Contant in the 84th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arturo Balestra. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donato Pietrini got free with Jolan Gache in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's Camillo Di Crescenzo got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Cosa nostra Lyon had won, even though Trezzano Sul Naviglio AFC had held more of the ball.
