Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Lunatics of Arianrhod's Filippo Pani started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Peristasi FC's goalkeeper Thomas Kortzidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filippo Pani. 5 minutes into the game, Alessandro Scrima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lunatics of Arianrhod's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peristasi FC the free kick. After 5 played minutes Lunatics of Arianrhod got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Scrima. If Filippo Pani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Filippo Pani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lunatics of Arianrhod fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A collision led to Peristasi FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Demis Skaltsas hit a great ball. Lunatics of Arianrhod's Ciro Sarnelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zisis Galinos in the 28th minute of play. Kostas Kokkalas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Sarnelli having to interfere. Ciro Sarnelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demis Skaltsas in the 32nd minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Chrisostomos Kalabokis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Peristasi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lunatics of Arianrhod the free kick. After a rather tough play, Peristasi FC's Chrisostomos Kalabokis got a free kick in the 35th minute. After 41 played minutes Lunatics of Arianrhod got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Albanesi. Emilio Albanesi's late challenge caught a Peristasi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emilio Albanesi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th match minute, Lunatics of Arianrhod was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Albanesi to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zisis Galinos to make the kick off. The supporters of Lunatics of Arianrhod booed when Peristasi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zisis Galinos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thomas Kortzidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippo Pani in the 52nd minute of play. Peristasi FC's Christos Trabakoulos suffered a fractured collar bone after 53 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 53 minutes into the game, Aurelio Mariotti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
