Spectators: 162 (Terracing: 122, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Corrado Federici started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With his leg Antonio Vinci managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Aversa's Bruno Castrucci fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Seggiano booed when Aversa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Castrucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. A nice corner shot did that Amos Zaccardi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Antonio Vinci quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Aversa's Amos Zaccardi got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 26th minute, Andrea Malandra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrea Malandra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Vinci having to interfere. A collision led to Aversa getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Bruno Castrucci hit a great ball. If Andrea Malandra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Concetto Betti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aversa's supporters rose to their feet, but Concetto Betti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Vinci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, Aversa's goal looked a bit too open when Corrado Federici came free, but Dave Bassani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Aversa's goal looked a bit too open when Elia Borel came free, but Dave Bassani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Concetto Betti to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Aversa getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Bruno Castrucci hit a great ball. Corrado Federicis short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Dave Bassani to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Corrado Federici came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dave Bassani could save by the left post. Dennis Fortuna made a great header on Seggiano's corner, it was just that Aversa's Dave Bassani managed to reach the ball for a save. Antonio Vinci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Castrucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Seggiano's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Betti came free, but Antonio Vinci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ercole Martinelli fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seggiano's protests and gave Ercole Martinelli a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Seggiano got a freekick which was hit by Ercole Martinelli. After some careless play in the Seggiano defense, Concetto Betti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Vinci. The Seggiano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Vinci should have stopped the shot. When Bruno Castrucci fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aversa's protests and gave Bruno Castrucci a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, Bruno Castrucci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corrado Federici sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Vinci came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Aversa's Andrea Malandra. But to his dismay, Andrea Malandra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Andrea Malandra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrea Malandra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Vinci having to interfere. Andrea Malandra struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Antonio Vinci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aversa. Concetto Betti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Aversa were the better team. Aversa's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
