Luca Meilak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Punta in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luca Meilak saved Swatar United FC from getting behind. After 33 played minutes GG Team FC got a freekick which was hit by Fortunato Rosi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Montanaro in the 35th minute of play forced GG Team FC's goalkeeper Anthony Antonangeli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GG Team FC's Anthony Antonangeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Montanaro in the 38th minute of play. Mario Cilia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
