Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Ian Montanaro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Gizzi in the 3rd minute of play forced Swatar United FC's goalkeeper Luke Preca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Swatar United FC's Paul Alamango got a free kick in the 3rd minute. GG Team FC's Anthony Antonangeli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save GG Team FC from getting a goal against them. Anthony Antonangeli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ian Montanaro in the 16th minute. In the 17th match minute, GG Team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Punta to maneuver through the defense. Anthony Antonangeli was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and David Amato Gauci capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. David Amato Gauci really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. GG Team FC's Anthony Antonangeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Amato Gauci in the 20th minute of play. Anthony Antonangeli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Cilia, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Swatar United FC's Ian Montanaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anthony Antonangeli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 25th minute of the match Swatar United FC got a corner. GG Team FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paul Alamango ran over to the corner to take the kick. David Amato Gauci kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Anthony Antonangeli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Amato Gauci in the 32nd minute of the match. GG Team FC's Anthony Antonangeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Amato Gauci in the 32nd minute of play. Swatar United FC's Luke Preca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felice Salerno in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute GG Team FC were awarded a corner. Carlo Pantalone went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Fortunato Rosi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Luke Preca quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luke Preca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermanno Arcangeli in the 42nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Anthony Bilocca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Swatar United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthony Bilocca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anthony Antonangeli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Punta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, GG Team FC's Bernardo Punta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. In the 55th minute, Ian Montanaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anthony Antonangeli was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After a rather tough play, Swatar United FC's Paul Alamango got a free kick in the 64th minute. GG Team FC's Anthony Antonangeli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Montanaro in the 68th minute of play. Anthony Antonangeli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian Montanaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luke Preca was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Ermanno Arcangeli capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ermanno Arcangeli really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. Anthony Antonangeli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Cristina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dave Gizzi came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Luke Preca could save by the left post. Robert Cristina kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Swatar United FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
