The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Jaizki Urquijo fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Qàzrix SapinGators's protests and gave Jaizki Urquijo a yellow card for diving instead. Jaizki Urquijo kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Felix Quesada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Ramirez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd match minute, Qàzrix SapinGators was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurin Segura to maneuver through the defense. Qàzrix SapinGators's Jaizki Urquijo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Adán Cuevas, made in the 29th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute, Bienvenido Saavedra made a precise shot to the right of Felix Quesada. Qàzrix SapinGators's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Florian Ramirez managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Boiro's supporters rose to their feet, but Florian Ramirez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Quesada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Florian Ramirez came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the CD Boiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florian Ramirez couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 54th minute, CD Boiro's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Justino Jimenez fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Altzibar Zurica fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Qàzrix SapinGators's protests and gave Altzibar Zurica a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, one of Qàzrix SapinGators:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Qàzrix SapinGators. Jaizki Urquijo hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Qàzrix SapinGators's goalkeeper Felix Quesada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Florian Ramirez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes Qàzrix SapinGators got a freekick which was hit by Laurin Segura. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CD Boiro had played much better football throughout.
