Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 0) Villel's Evaristo Ruiz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Villel's Evaristo Ruiz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcial Castelao. Marcial Castelao yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Ruiz came free, but Marcial Castelao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 minutes, Tancredo Buendia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HORTALEZA FC and the Villel players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes HORTALEZA FC got a freekick which was hit by Tancredo Buendia. Fidel Zafrilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Marcial Castelao successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Ruiz in the 22nd minute of play forced HORTALEZA FC's goalkeeper Marcial Castelao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Fidel Zafrilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villel's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidel Zafrilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcial Castelao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the HORTALEZA FC defense, Evaristo Ruiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Castelao. The HORTALEZA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Castelao should have stopped the shot. Marcial Castelao made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Cheche Manzano sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Ruiz came free, but Marcial Castelao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Castelao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Ruiz in the 39th minute of the match. Evaristo Ruiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armando Roig made a kick off. 57 minutes into the game, one of HORTALEZA FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kelemen Lermo placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Germán Baeza kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Marcial Castelao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Zafrilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 64 minutes, Nacho Companys mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HORTALEZA FC and the Villel players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nacho Companys hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Zafrilla in the 67th minute of play forced HORTALEZA FC's goalkeeper Marcial Castelao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes, Emeterio Cabanela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HORTALEZA FC and the Villel players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emeterio Cabanela hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Marcial Castelao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germán Baeza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Roig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fidel Zafrilla's late challenge caught a HORTALEZA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidel Zafrilla helped the player get up and apologised. Fidel Zafrilla kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Armando Roig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrés Cainzos having to interfere. After 93 minutes of play, Villel's Fidel Zafrilla made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcial Castelao was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Villel booed when HORTALEZA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emeterio Cabanela didn't get a good kick on the ball.
