Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ivaylo Yordanov took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Zarando Cordoba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mário Durães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Navarro having to interfere. Toma Ron charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toma Ron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ciruel Team getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Toma Ron hit a great ball. Bahiano Giberts short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Donato Viana to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bahiano Gibert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Donato Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Bahiano Gibert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciruel Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Sporting Clube de Gaya's Donato Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Crispin Klander in the 19th minute of play. In the 19th minute Crispin Klander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube de Gaya's goalkeeper Donato Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bahiano Gibert. 23 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube de Gaya's goal looked a bit too open when Zarando Cordoba came free, but Donato Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sporting Clube de Gaya's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Soldado was slow to take the kick. During this time Ciruel Team's players had a chance to rest. Ciruel Team's Bahiano Gibert was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Donato Viana in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Ivaylo Yordanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigfrido Soldado in the 31st minute of the match. Donato Viana made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Crispin Klander sent off a good shot on target. Donato Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zarando Cordoba in the 37th minute of play. With 39 minutes on the clock, Murilo Vilhena commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sporting Clube de Gaya! Sporting Clube de Gaya:s Donato Viana showed great skill when he stopped Sigfrido Soldado:s penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zarando Cordoba got free with Donato Viana in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donato Viana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zarando Cordoba in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zarando Cordoba to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Crispin Klander put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Donato Viana. Donato Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zarando Cordoba, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Donato Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bahiano Gibert in the 64th minute of play. Sporting Clube de Gaya's Donato Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahiano Gibert in the 69th minute of play. Eduardo Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Clube de Gaya's zone, Oliviero Cambero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Viana came out of the goal and Oliviero Cambero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the game, Ciruel Team's Zarando Cordoba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Viana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After 83 played minutes Ciruel Team got a freekick which was hit by Bahiano Gibert. Salvador Viegas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Pedro Navarro made a huge save. In the 86th minute Sporting Clube de Gaya were awarded a corner. Mustapha Hadji went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Mustapha Hadji got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Navarro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Pedro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mário Durães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Zarando Cordoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bahiano Gibert in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donato Viana saved Sporting Clube de Gaya from getting behind. Ciruel Team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
