In the 27th minute of the game, Tobias Guterres landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After a rather tough play, Campus Douro Academy's Paulo Pires got a free kick in the 28th minute. After 41 played minutes Campus Douro Academy got a freekick which was hit by Zeferino Igrejas. The supporters of Terceirense F.C. booed when Campus Douro Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juliano Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vítor Macedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
