Roni Van Hoyveldt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timothy Van Goethem went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the match, YR Mechelen's goal looked a bit too open when Paulus Reynaerts came free, but Roni Van Hoyveldt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
